Pork Barbeque Pinoy Style
Ingredients:
1-kilo pork1 head garlic, minced1 onion, minced1 tsp ground black pepper3 tbsp brown sugar1 cup soy sauce1/4 cup calamansi juice or lemon jiuce1/2 cup banana ketchup or tomato ketchup1/2 cup spriteBamboo skewersProcedure:
- Cut pork meat into thin and long slices.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least 30mins., for best result marinade for the whole night.
- After marinating, string the pork and grill.
- Use a basting brush with marinade to the pork while grilling to make it saucy or moisten the meat.
