No Baked Cheesy Macaroni in Kawali (Pan)
Ingredients for 1/2 kilo
- 1/2 butter
- 1/2 kilo elbow macaroni
- 1/2 Ground Pork or Beef
- Hotdog (depende kung gano kadami gusto niyo)
- Sweet style spaghetti sauce or Italian (depends on your choice)
- 1 All purpose cream
- Garlic (diced)
- Onion (diced)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cheese Toppings
- 1 All purpose cream
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper powder to taste
- 1 bar quick melt cheese
Procedure:
- Cook elbow macaroni according to packaging direction.
- Drain and set aside.
- Saute ground pork sa butter until lumabas ang natural oil niya.
- Add hotdog, Saute.
- Add the spaghetti sauce of your choice. Do not add water.
- Cook in a low fire until boil.
- Add all purpose cream, Haluin hanggang pumantay ang kulay ng sauce.
- Add cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked elbow macaroni. Saute.
- Set Aside.
White Sauce Procedure:
- In a pan, Ilagay ang all purpose cream in a low fire. Stir continuously.
- Add the butter, Stir continuously, and let it melt.
- Add the quick melt cheese. Stir continuously.
- Haluin ng maigi hangang maging isang kulay nalang at thick ang consistency ng sauce.
- Let it boil, make sure na low fire lang.
- Top it on cooked macaroni pasta, let it settle for 5 mins.
- Add dried basil or chop cooked bacon on top. *This is optional.
