PICHI PICHI RECIPE


Amber's Style Pichi Pichi Recipe


Ingredients:

2 cups cassava flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Vanilla flavor (optional)

Instructions:
  1. In a big bowl mix the cassava flour, 2 cups water, vanilla flavor, and sugar.
  2. Pour the mixture into the puto moulds and arrange side by side in a steamer. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes.
  3. When done remove from steamer and let cool down.
  4. Scoop out the pichi pichi from the puto mould. Roll each piece in grated cheddar cheese.
