Amber's Style Pichi Pichi Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups cassava flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Vanilla flavor (optional)
Instructions:
- In a big bowl mix the cassava flour, 2 cups water, vanilla flavor, and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the puto moulds and arrange side by side in a steamer. Steam for 40 to 45 minutes.
- When done remove from steamer and let cool down.
- Scoop out the pichi pichi from the puto mould. Roll each piece in grated cheddar cheese.
